These are genius. After episiotomy stitches these cold pads were the only reason I could sit comfortably! They are not very absorbent so I suggest only wearing for 20-30 mins when they are at their coldest and then swapping out for a regular pad. However they are so cold and soothing, plus it helps that they are considerably cheaper than some of the key name brands on the high street.

This provides such nice relief after birth and made me feel like I was treating myself. They're really thick and long so adds nice cushion down there. Can be difficult to snap the cold on and you can feel the cold liquid move around but that helped distract me from the pain.

When you need a thick pad, but really want to put an ice pack 'down there'- This product has combined both brilliantly!Was in agony and the relief this product provides, its well worth the £75 I spent buying 3 boxes of these. Used them all day and night for about 10 days. Thank you, person who designed and got these made- i was very grateful!!!

Such a waste of my money. I got these for after birth And only ONE actually worked. I kept them packed away safely to make sure they didn’t get smashed and activated. Well when i gave birth i haf to be cut and i couldn’t wait to start using these. The first one i used in hospital was great, then a few hours i went through every single one trying to activate them and none of them worked. The first one i used was also horribly uncomfortable to sit on. Get the frida mom ones. I had those for my first born and they were much colder and stayed cold for longer. And none of them were duds.

I got these for the Mrs. She said they helped a lot and gave lots of relief. They also helped calm swelling and sore areas.They are very easy to use, comfortable against the skin and give good pain relief. Recommended

Bought this for postpartum, however they are cold only for like 10mins, i wouldnt buy them again

Of all the many postpartum aftercare products I was recommended and purchased as a first time mum, these were by far the most effective- an absolute must for anyone who needs some relief after giving birth. Suitable for use even with stitches which is amazing! Not the most absorbent of pads and only last 20 mins in terms of the ice pack itself, but the relief and soothing sensation is so worth it!

I brought these ready to use after giving birth to my son. At the time of purchasing I did wonder if it was going to be one of those unnecessary items that I would regret spending my money on but my goodness were they appreciated!They are quite bulky so you do notice it’s there when sitting down and walking round, although it’s not something you would use when leaving the house anyway. But it’s not at all uncomfortably bulky and the cooling relief is brilliant. I would definitely buy these again if I have another baby and I would even buy them as a quirky but useful gift for a friend who’s expecting. My best friend didn’t even think of looking to buy anything like this when she had her baby but I’m sure they would have come in useful!
