A very useful little piece of rubber
as per title, this little device really helps keep my nostrils dilated when breathing heavily through my nose. Very easy to wear and comfortable too.

not orange like it is
I tried these overnight: the nose got little bit sensitive but in overall it worked. Because it is special for sporting, it's color should be more skin neutral, not orange like it is...

Might work for some people didn't work for me
The difference between this and their standard version (for sleeping) is that there are little catches to stop the gadget falling out of your nose dure to movements. To say barbs would suggest pain and it doesn't hurt. Little plastic catches designed to increase grip.Sadly though they fell out when I ran just as the standard ones fell out when I slept.I am sure they will work for some noses but they don't work for mine.

Bright orange - really?
This nose dilator is a good idea for snoring issues and running workouts, however why does it come in orange? Part of the device sticks out of your nose in not the most discreet way. I felt embarrassed on my practice run and had to take it off and I won't be using it on my race day either, for the same reason.Perhaps it could be tweaked to come in skin colour next time?
