This is an okay set of trainers. They offered as described and come with a variety of different strengths. I wasn't too impressed by their manufacture quality though. Other than that it is still a good value pack.

These are exactly what you expect, a set of 4 grips with different levels of force needed for each of them. The only complaint i have is that the foam grips that come with the set to cover the metal slide a bit too easily, if they were just slightly tighter they would fit perfectly without sliding unless done deliberately

My son and I have used these for a few days now. They seem to work well, they are well made, and come with a nice foam cover that makes them more comfortable to use. My only question about these is the weight rating. We have a digital grip strength gauge and the top that I can get is about 160lbs. However, on these I can compress the 200s all the way down 3 or 4 times. Makes me think the lbs rating associated with these may not be perfectly accurate. However, regardless, they work well...good to throw in a bag or have around the house.

These are well made forearm strengthener grips. You get a set of four 50 lb (Silver), 100 lb (Gold), 150 lb (Blue) and 200 lb (Purple). And eight foam grips. To make your grip more comfortable. Each of the exercise tool has knurling on the handles to get a nonslip grip if you choose not to use the foam handles. Each one was individually bubble wrapped. The foam grips are not washable and the exercise tool can just be wiped down after use. Not sure what average grip strength is supposed to be but I suggest starting off with the lightest one. And work your way up like any exercise routine. Very well made and will last a long time.

This set of grippers is a decent budget set, higher quality than adjustable or plastic-handled grippers.The labeled weights aren't even close. They're significantly lighter than labeled, but they still give a decent selection of resistance. The springs are the same mass-produced springs used by other brands like Heavy Grips or Grip Genie. They work, but they will lose some strength with use.The handle spread varies quite a bit between the grippers in this set, but they all feel nice to use. The knurling is softer than Ironmind Captains of Crush grippers or GHP grippers (both brands also have much better springs). The heaviest gripper in this set feels a little lighter than a Ironmind Captain of Crush #2.They're honestly not bad, and for the price you could do a lot worse. If you get this set and decide you want some nicer grippers, go for Ironmind, but be conservative with your weight selection.

These do the work, you get 4 different grip trainers with different resistances. They come with removable foam to cover the grips and you can use them with your bare hands without hurting yourself. However, those covers can be very slippery. I use these with my gym gloves without the foam covers (with the grip bare) and they work really well.

I don't recommend using them without the foam cover, it loosened the outer layer of skin on my hand. No fun. Even though they look awesome uncovered.The highest is a real challenge for me. Of course, you are supposed to work up so that you don't hurt yourself.I don't know how accurate they are in resistance force. They are definitely ordered properly. I also don't know if the resistance breaks down over time.For me, someone that is sort of casual about it, these are perfect. I am thinking of getting a second set so that I can work out both hands at the same item.Very cool!

The ALMAH Grip Strength Trainer Set came with 4 color-coded metal grips (50lb, 100lb, 150lb, 200lb). Each grip showed the strength on the end of one handle. They also came with optional foam grip sleeves.The metal looked very nice and had some grip on them.It is easier to use the grips without the sleeves on it, but it is a bit more comfortable with them. The sleeves kept sliding off of the 50lb grip. Make sure to take any rings off before using without a sleeve.The difference in strength between each grip is very clear without looking at the color/number... the choice in span between grips was very well thought out.It would have been nice if there was an included carrying bag; but it is possible to shove the grips back in the original box.
