Only Half Works... Update Now it works.
The key will start my truck but the buttons do not work. Tried reaching out to the company but I cant find any support info other than talking to Amazon who just wants to return it.Update: To get it to work read a review from another person on another key. It works...o get the buttons on the remote to work (which presumably you want, since you ordered a remote start kit) you need to enable them (your vehicle treats them as separate things, as if you have a key fob hanging off a key). There are guides online for this, but for my F-250 it's pretty easy; you leave the drivers door open, hit the unlock button on the door once, then cycle any key 8 times between OFF and RUN in the ignition very quickly (you have less than 10 seconds to cycle it all 8 times), wait for the door locks to cycle, then press any button on EACH NEW KEY you wish to activate (the door locks will cycle each time to confirm), then turn the key in the ignition to OFF (the door locks will cycle a final time). This enables the buttons on your new keys to work (otherwise, it's just a dumb key that starts the ignition and nothing else). For some reason, that last bit isn't included in the instructions for this kit despite being rather important to enable remote start.

Cheaper than a dealer
Worked prefect after I paid the locksmith 100 bucks. Still saved me money. I'm not complaining. Key works, fob works.

Stopped working after 3 months of use
The remote was fine for 3 months. You had to press any of the buttons a few times for it to do anything and it cost me $200 to program it and get it cut. Yesterday it stopped working I even replaced the battery and tried to re program it back to the truck thinking it needed it for a battery change but nothing. The truck doesn’t even recognize it when I use it to manually unlock my door and my car alarm goes off now. This was for a 2011 f150 fx4 with remote start.

Item works perfectly on my 2012 Ford F-150
Received the key quickly and then took the key to an Ace hardware and they cut the key to match my old key. Programmed the key to the truck after watching a you tube video in the hardware store parking lot in about 5 minutes. Key worked perfectly. No issues.

FOB KEY...Great
Professional locksmith was able to cut and program key in less than an 1hr. The 4 button FOB was able to unlock doors and turn my automatic starter on. So far, good!

Use this process to get your key to work…..
EXPAND THIS REVIEW TO SEE WHAT MADE THIS KEY WORK FOR ME. The info was from another review. “The key will start my truck but the buttons do not work. Read all reviews on Amazon to get the additional directions on key programming.
The initial programming of the key according to the owner's manual went fine. It started the vehicle, however none of the key functions such as door lock/unlock and auto start would not work. After reading other reviews at Amazon on this, I did the series of 8 on/off with a working key and was able to fully program the key.

Couldn't get it to program to my ford explorer
I had a locksmith cut and try to program it to my car and after spending so much on a locksmith it wasn't even worth sending it back. Wouldn't buy again.
