I bought this to have a nice looking clock, and I'm glad that's all I wanted. Neither of the USB outlets worked, and the sound (FM or external audio) is way too loud even at the lowest volume setting. The touch buttons do not work well, and when they work, the response is really slow. Since the button response is painful, I didn't even attempt bluetooth connection. There are only 2 brightness settings, and both settings are too bright. The upside is that it looks decent and keeps time. So if that's all you want, do purchase this, but don't expect anything else to work.

I loved the look of this thing but for a bedside clock radio - which was the thing I wanted it for, it was useless. The radio is incredibly cumbersome. The controls are touch sensitive and make a loud beep whenever you do anything, including accidentally touching the top of the unit. There is almost no visual feedback so you can’t tell which button you accidentally touched. Perhaps the alarm which will then go off at midnight. If this was just a Bluetooth speaker, I’d give it five stars.

It looks good, but if you want a clock radio - get something else. Very annoying to use the radio - no easy way to tune to your station, makes a loud BEEP every time you push a button (any button). If you turn it off and then on, the radio always seems to reset itself to a very loud volume, no matter what. Imagine that you want to put on some music to fall asleep - or turn on the news first thing in the morning. With this radio your experience will likely be, "BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! STATIC AT VOLUME LEVEL 1,000, BEEP! BEEP! CRASH (as you throw this thing against the wall)"

Nice clock with great features. Bigger than expected. Speakers sound good at lower volumes, not good at high volumes. Great for medium bedroom. Charging ports are really nice feature.

Looks great. Easy to read time display. The alarm sound is quiet. Not recommended for deep sleepers.

This was a Christmas gift to replace one that died. My daughter loved the features so I needed to find one that was similar. This one was EXACTLY like her last one. She wanted blue tooth so she could sync it with her phone. We are very happy!

Nice looking, clean, simple lines, no clutter. BUT impossible to use. Couldn’t find fm stations easily, couldn’t set up any presets, couldn’t set clock radio alarm to play fm as alarm sound. Direction terribly inadequate as was on line “support “ (no response to my email). I wasted a lot of time trying to make this work, eventually returned it. Don’t be fooled by the pretty face.

Love how this clock looks. Was super easy to set the time, date, and sync Bluetooth, just follow the instructions on the card. Sound quality isn’t amazing but wanted it more for a clock and a cheap speaker for occasional use. Does it’s job, no complaints.

I would be happy with the product if not for the HUGE problem that the volume for the radio ALWAYS starts off at full blast. I mean at the loudest possible setting. Woke me up with quite the fright, not to mention all my neighbours. I wrote to the manufacturer and they confirm it cannot be adjusted. Sending it back! Also not easy to set...
