Smells like citronella. I use with diffusers outdoors. The range doesn’t go far outdoors so it effectiveness against mosquitos in that application is not the best. I also have candles and incense burning repellents. I don’t mind the scent but can be really strong in enclosed spaces. I sit right next to the diffuser but wouldn’t trust it alone to chase off hunger blood suckers. They like me more than the other people I am around, not a good thing. I will be harassed by mosquitos and they leave the other people alone. I’m the sacrifice at this point. If I am there they won’t be bothered. So this oil helps in conjunction with other products. As of last season the burner kind of repellent was my favorite but I still have this oil out too. It doesn’t start fires by nature like the incense potentially can, it’s a diffused scent so it’s always just lingering about. The diffuser does not blow out with a strong wind like candles do. A lot of options you can use this in. Up to you really. I will continue to use it. No one thing has completely stopped bites for me so I just try a little of everything. If you are creative you could make citronella soaps. Possibility is there.

I have bought this four times and love the way it makes my laundry smell so clean and the lavender smell last long. My bed sheets smell so good every night i go to bed. Love how it is ship never had it broken or Leaking. Great product! Will keep buying. Just one wish it could be a bigger bottle.

Works for me. I have several machines that I finally got smart and tried it. Critters are always chewing the wires and crap and pee all over. I was told about the peppermint many times. Price is definitely right and fits my needs perfectly. On time packaged well👍🇺🇸

I'm not using this as something to put in anywhere to make the air smell purified or anything like that nothing along those lines I like to use Drops of oils in certain little spots to keep bugs away but also have like a nice crisp citrusy smell so I like it for that reason

I use my diffuser daily, and lavender is my go to scent. This large bottle is a great value, and it smells lovely. Easy to use dropper, no funky coloring added and fragrance is a true lavender.
