Good Brightness (105 Lumens) but Questionable CAN-Bus Error Free
I measured the light output at approximately 105 lumens on each of five samples. I also measured the current at 130 mA, which at 12 volts is about 1.6 watts. This equates to about 66 Lumens per watt. By comparison, most LEDs are between 60 to 120 lumens per watt, and the present state of the art is around 200.Regarding CAN-Bus compatibility and being error free, CAN-Bus compatibility simply means that the automobile contains a current sensor that senses whether the bulb appears to be drawing some level of current representative of the operation of the original bulb. Ever since the use of the CAN-Bus, it then became possible to report such an error from a sensor over the CAN Bus. Some older cars also had sensors but reported the errors using other wiring. Regarding bulb failures, the CAN-Bus reporting system is more typically utilized on more essential lighting like headlamps, stoplights, and taillights, and less likely on festoon type bulbs or interior bulbs. Also, technically the only way a replacement bulb can be guaranteed to be error free is for it to draw the same or more current as the originally specified bulb. For example, a 10 watt DE3175 bulb draws about 0.8 amps (800 mA). And although the threshold for error detection may be significant less than that, it is also possible for that threshold to be above the 130 mA drawn by this bulb. In this respect, claiming CAN-Bus compatibility is likely both a false and a pointless claim.Regarding brightness, in an actual installation these bulbs are likely significantly brighter than stock DE3175 bulbs which are typically rated between 75 and 120 lumens. The usable light output may also depend on the design of the fixture. For example, when used in a fixture without a reflector located above the bulb, these bulbs may be a significant improvement because the LEDs face downward thereby directing all 105 lumens in the direction of use. However, if your goal is to get maximum brightness, there are brighter choices available. I have measured similar looking bulbs at around 300 lumens.Regarding specifications, the specs I have seen on the 4014 chip set indicate that 12 chips have the potential to produce around 300 lumens. Accordingly, the general lessen in this is to not trust that all LED bulbs are designed or built to operate at the maximum chip-set ratings. Also, my observation is that few sellers report actual measured lumens, and many sellers simply report the maximum rating per chip multiplied by the number of chips. I suspect because some sellers exaggerate the lumens this way, others feel the need to do the same to be competitive. If a seller claims that a one watt LED bulb provides 400 lumens, that is beyond the present state of the art, and it is more likely that the output is between 60 and 120 lumens.Regarding customer ratings, I am normally suspicious of customer reviews that all provide perfect five-star ratings. Some sellers provide incentives for customers to provide reviews. Such customers may not be representative of typical or genuine users of the product.Regarding construction, the 12 LEDs are not precisely spaced and the heat sink is not centered well in all of the samples. This may not have adverse effects on the operation, but does not provide the assurance that they are precisely made. They have an aluminum heat sink cover on the reverse side, which in addition to providing heat dissipation, may provide some fire protection if the circuit board or chips should ever catch fire. However, be aware that in some fixtures it might be possible to accidentally short the electrical contacts with the aluminum heat sink when attempting to install the bulb. Accordingly, use care and install the bulb with the switch in the off position. At approximately $2.00 each, the price is pretty good. However, I cannot attest to reliability or longevity.

Careful with the heat sinks they may burn your fuses, adjustments are needed on the receiving pins. Buy fuses first just in case
Good looking.CAUTION THESE CAN BLOW YOUR FUSE Make sure you get some from auto zone before you start, at least 5. What I suspect happens is the heat sink (that metal grill thing behind the bulb) makes contact with the metal ends in the car and causes a short. Of course I’m no electrician so maybe I’m talking nonsense but after I bent the receiving ends wider to not touch the heat sinks in the back of the bulb it resolved the problem and all lights are on with no problems. Really nice lights otherwise I recommend it 100%

Bright and flicker free!
Bright and flicker free! I installed three bulbs.... on in a 2017 Toyota Corolla dome light and two in a 2007 Kia Optima (dome and trunk). The bulbs these replaced were:Toyota dome 30mm longKia dome 36mm longKia trunk 30mm longThese LED festoon bulbs fit in the Kia dome because it uses the fuse type clips that clamp the outside cylinder, instead of the end clips with a hole for the conical tips.

Excellent!
Used these to replace a different brand/style LED that was in my dome light. These are much brighter and more compact. I love the little cooling fins. Will report back if they fail. Very impressed so far! Interior of my older car looks brand new now. No more fumbling around looking for things at night.

by far and away the best cheapest super upgrade you can do for your vehicle
gosh i can't get enough of these bright led's. I've been changing out interior lights on my fx35 and a toyota matrix. I might need to buy another pack (already bought 2) as there is an incredible amount of lights in the interior. by far and away the best cheapest super upgrade you can do for your vehicle. they are ultra bright and really make seeing in your car and around it amazing. these should have came with the car in the first place simply awesome.

Bright but they don't last long.
Update: of the two I installed, one has died completely, other is half way gone. These are terrible.I've had one of these in my car for just over a month. These have 4 lines of LEDs with 4 on each one. Already one line doesn't work, another line flickers and the other two still work. The flickering is super annoying thought. I would not recommend these.

Great price and very bright.
Very bright and an exact replacement for the OEM incandescent bulbs. Easy installation: pop out, pop in, check for polarity (flip them around 180' if they do not light up for you on the first try). The vehicle interior is about four times brighter than before and bright white. Bonus! a fifth bulb for the rear hatch illuminates that area like new. No noticeable flicker, so far. Highly recommended.

Cheap cheap cheap
Cheap! I had one that didn’t work at all. The others did work, but you have to be super careful when putting them in. The light bends super easy and breaks with a slight bend. I broke about half of them trying to install, and that was me being super careful! Once installed, it works fine. Dimming also works.
