Squeegee softer than expected
Great quality. Rubber on squeegee is softer than what I wanted, works well.

Wow the timing couldn’t have been better we received 4.5” of rain and my basement flooded. This was so helpful to move water towards the sump pump. Haven’t tried it on windows yet but I’m sure it will do the job.

Head turns way too easily, but decent squeege otherwise.
Not the best, not the worst. the head turns too easily and cannot be locked into position. Also the gasket does leave streaks. Not real bad, but I follow up with a cloth to remove them and that works well.

A POORLY ENGINEERED PRODUCT
The working part of this item is not angled properly to get the job done. I gave it 1 star for ease of use. The weight and sturdiness are superfluous. If you tried to use it, it would be like trying to push a marble across the floor with a chisel.

Easy window washing!
Excellent customer service. When I first received my squeegee it did not have a handle in the package. I contacted Amazon for a return and requested a replacement. WOW! What quick service! I received my replacement, with handle included this time, in just a few days. Excellent product. My windows have never looked so clean and clear!

So far so good
I like the squeegee part of it, I wish the cleaning side was a little more robust or like have small brush like bristles for cleaning really dirty windows. Besides that it's good.The way its designed, you can reach every corner of the window with the squeegee part, but not so much with the cleaning side.
