I ordered these because honestly I wanted to attempt to boost my testosterone. For whatever reason over the last 6 months I just feel like it has dropped (I did get it tested but had no reference point so idk).It did seem to help some; because of the side effects I decided I would do weekdays on and weekends off. After taking it for a few weeks and reading more from what other people were saying and because of the lack of any true long term studies I just decided to stop taking it. For me, I decided it's just not worth any potential unknown risks and I didn't want to have the known side effects coupled with people that have shown it's effectiveness long term (thus the need to cycle) being muted it just didn't make sense to take it. How would I know when it was working and when it wasn't?Because the labrum in my shoulder was torn and my shoulder was impinged and I've been doing PT / rehab on my shoulder for the last 8 months; quite honestly life hasn't been as fun.. I've not been able to do the things I've wanted to do. My shoulder is getting better, I'm back in the gym. I want to find a solution to boost testosterone that doesn't involve taking a pill everyday or every weekday.The pills for me were hard to swallow because they're lightweight and would get stuck a bit. They also tasted horrible if they'd get stuck. I won't miss not taking these but I will not be taking them anywhere.
