Q: Handle is starting to fall apart and there is a chemical smell. How can i reach out for the 1 year warranty?

You need to contact the manufacturer. I think there is a design flaw. When the handle gets too close to the heat it starts to overheat and smell chemical.

Q: I am experiencing water accumulation trapped between the glass and outer metal ring of the underside of the lid. How do I fix this?

Try hand washing lid and pan instead of washing in dishwasher.

Q: Is this made in usa or is it just the coating that was made in the usa?

I believe it was made in China.
