Usually vitamins give me side effects. Upset stomach, flushing or racing heart.This liquid is the best and effective. The taste is not bad.I was low on B12 and D and within a couple months my doctor rechecked my vitamin levels and they both were normal after being way below normal levels.I have certain endocrine problems and try out of the sun so can't get my vitamin D via the sun. Vitamin D including K is a plus and also avoided b12 shots. I was told by some people the b12 shots hurt.Highly recommend these vitamins which my blood test supports the great results.I can't tolerate any regular vitamins and don't receive these results.
