The cable arrived in a small plastic envelope with a label that indicates "New" and "SJ6473ET1" -- no Motorola logo, no hologram security label, no Welcome Guide. However, not sure anyone needs a Welcome Guide for a USB cable! And the cable appears to be well made, works fine as a data transfer cable, and as a charger it matches my original Motorola cable power capability exactly. Time will tell if it holds up (my original Motorola still works fine, I just needed an extra cable). Looks good so far.

I've had these cords for over 8 months and they have consistently Turbo charged my Motorola phone. I needed longer cords than the short 3.3 ft cords that originally came with the phone, and I wanted authentic Motorola chargers for my Motorola G6 and was willing to pay a little more for them, both to protect my phone and get the rapid charge Turbo Charge function. I made sure these are real Motorola cords before I bought them by going directly to the official Motorola website, navigating to the chargers section of the Motorola webpage, clicking to buy the chargers, and being directed to this Amazon webpage to make the purchase. It seems you can't buy directly from Motorola on their website, as their website redirects here to Amazon. I suggest anyone who wants to buy authentic Motorola equipment online to start by going to the official Motorola website first and then navigating on the site to make the purchase, to avoid buying fake products being sold online as the real products. These cords fit well, work on my Motorola charging blocks and car charger, are solid, charge quickly (my phone screen does say "Turbo Charge" when charging with these cords), and my phone goes from 30% to being fully charged in 1 to 1 1/2 and a half hours. The length is adequate, though I would be happier if the cords were longer. I'm glad I bought these cords. The only thing I'd note is I wish Motorola sold 10 ft cords and had cords longer than 3.3 ft packaged with their new phone bundle, though I understand they're trying to cut costs.

An original charging cord for a Moto and or Android phone will (depends on use) break down. This pack of 3 cords gives you peace of mind at a good price. Cord a bit stiff & only time will tell how reliable/resilient they are. So far Working great.

I had bought several other brands with *tougher, more durable* that claim to charge fast, but did not provide turbo power. So I got these from the same manufacturer as my phone, and guess what? Turbo power every time I plug it in. Sometimes you just have to buy what is needed. Charging is faster than other cables. The connect to the phone feels more solid. I should be able to get a couple years at least from these, so the value for money will pay off in the long run. If you have a Motorola phone that supports turbo charging, get these!

Think about this for ANY phone without wireless charging capabilities and must recharge via the USB port only. If the port on the phone is bad, the battery will eventually die and you'll be stuck with a dead phone without the ability to recharge the phone. I was having charging issues with more than one generic cable. Plug in the generic cable and pray that I'd see the lightning symbol on my battery icon. Most of the time I see it charging but sometimes (more frequently now) I don't see it charging after I plug it in. I actually started looking for a new phone. Then it hit me. Why am I bothering with cheap generics when I can buy original Motorola Cables? I'll take a chance on a new Motorola cable to see if it's my phone USB-C port or the charging cable that is the issue. Sure, it's a few dollars more but very inexpensive compared to replacing your phone if your phone's USB-C port is damaged by generics. Because it's factory Motorola, the cable is exactly like the one shipped with your phone. My Motorola Z2 Play's lifespan just got extended by using factory Motorola cables that charge my phone every. single. time! I'm very happy with my purchase! Motorola phone? Use Motorola cables. Enough said.
