Perfect fit and works as well as the original. I had to replace the whole hot end after a particularly nasty clog screwed up most of the tool end.

I've been using the Official Creality Upgraded Ender 3 V2 Neo Hotend Kit since October 14th of this year, and it has met all my expectations. The installation was straightforward; it took me about an hour since it was my first time. Knowing what I know now, it would take about 15 minutes or less. The hotend kit works as it should for a 3D printer, providing consistent and reliable performance. The product arrived ready to use from the manufacturer, making the whole process seamless. I did not interact with the seller, so I can't comment on that aspect, but the product itself is well-priced for what you get. Of course, I'd always be happy paying less, but the value is definitely there. I will most certainly purchase this kit again if needed.

I ordered this to replace a damaged hot end on my Ender-3 Max Neo. It's a direct replacement - same quality as the original, and it fit perfectly. When installing it, you have a couple of choices - you can either remove the old hot end and a it's whole wiring harness, snake the new wires through to the main board, your can remove the original heater cartridge and thermistor from the old hot end and swap them onto the new hot end, which avoids having to run the wires through the loom (just be careful with the thermistor - the wires are fragile). I found the second option to be easier, since there was nothing wrong with the old heater and thermistor. Once installed, you still need to heat the hot end and make sure the nozzle is tightened securely against the heat break. Failing to do so may result in a leak.

Bought this product as a replacement for my other hotend that had pla solidify all over it. Product works great, no complaints. Only a few clogs here and there but I feel like this has more to do with the filament. Fits perfect on my ender 3 neo. Print Quality is great. And the Capricorn bowden tube is a nice upgrade. Heats up to its intended Temps.

Quick easy install on the Ender 3 Max Neo and fixed my issues. Running the wires can be tricky if you plan to use the original wire loom on your machine, I opted to just install a new loom since they are fairly cheap.

Spent almost 2 hours installing it properly and then find out it is defective. Not a happy customer. Had to remove it to return it.

After a major print fail (hot end blob) I was getting an error that the hot end was -14 degrees consistently rendering the printer useless. Ultimately I determined there must have been major damage to the hot end assembly. The replacement process took way longer than expected since this part is apparently not intended to be replaced or upgraded (plan on a couple hours at minimum for gathering supplies, replacement, leveling, and testing). Once replaced, it started printing like new! I would also recommend ensuring your couplers are in proper working order, One of mine was damaged when removing the tubing. Extruder fittings are PC4-M6 and the hotend fittings are PC4-M10

Needed to replace the hotend on my Creality Ender-3 Max Neo due to a majorly failed print. Installed easily although it could have come with some instructions or directions to find the instructions. This replacement from the manufacturer did what it was supposed to and I was up and printing again in no time.

Saw a previous review where author says doesnt work on Ender 3 Neo, installed mine just fine had it back up and running in minutes. Ender 3 V2 and Ender 3 Neo are virtually the same only diff is this hot end has two white cabled instead of two black ones. love the capricorn tubing btw

It's a replacement for hotend . Its good all ready to go with nozzle and boden tube installed. Wish it was a Capricorn boden tube but I replaced it after and kept the tube as a spare.
