Really comfy and have made my shoes smaller . No more slipping up and down. They are better than the suede and silicone heel backs that I have tried. Easy to apply.

Sadly these didn’t work in the shoes I bought them for. They were still slipping off but it’s still a good product and sticks well.

The principal of the grips is good, however, I used them on slippers (Appreciate they may not be designed for slippers) and it didn’t hold. Adhesive on the pad came ineffectual. I used additional sticky pads of my own and also a healthy (ish) does of super glue to stick them to the heel of the slipper. I think it’s holding. How long for, I’m not sure! As I say, good idea, but for slippers that don’t have a smooth surface on the heel maybe not so good, unless you have extra tools to use as well! rgds to all, Michael

At 6mm thickness I thought that this heel pad would be more than enough to stop one of my slip-on trainers from slipping up and down when on the move but whilst it has gone some way towards addressing the problem it hasn't fixed it fully. That's not a fault of the pad though which fits and adheres extremely well, with a contoured noduled outer surface finish which ensures excellent grip against my heel (with and without socks). Fixing them in place is straightforward but be sure to align them correctly first as the 3M adhesive grips very firmly and quickly. They can be trimmed to fit different heel sizes which is good to know but not necessary in my particular application.I haven't tried walking for any distance yet, but my first impressions are positive. The pad hasn't stopped the trainer from slipping completely but it has made a difference. Furthermore, it has stayed firmly in place throughout and is extremely comfortable to wear with the cushioned padding providing protection for my heel and hopefully minimising chafing and the risk of blisters.

These are great if your shoes rub on the back of your ankles! They are padded enough to protect you from getting blisters. They are a good size and fit in our shoes really well. The adhesive is sticky enough to stay in our shoes without moving.

The heel grips were comfortable the quality and thickness was good. I bought slip on trainers one was slightly loose than the other when walking the heel grip correct that.

The little dots on the upper part rubbed my heels and made them sore after just 20mins so had to remove them. Not worth the trouble getting a refund by sending them back I’ll just bin them.
