Can't go wrong here!
I've had other make harmonicas but decided to pay a bit extra and get a product that is highly rated. I was not disappointed! This is real quality; beautifully made, a fantastic tone and gives a real sense of reliability. Worth the money to get a really excellent product.

As a pro musician following in the footsteps of the legendary Neil Young I use the Marine Band Harps.
national singer songwriter, with songs which involve blowing the harp...I know that several issues befall the performer when it comes to using Harps (mouthorgans) Tuning....Weight.....Note bending without going out of tune...and sheer tonal quality..Light bright and tuneful.... This instrament has all of the above attributes...and I know its reliability on the big stage is total...I'm saving up for more.....I'd say any Hohner mouth harp will be ok...but the Marine Band is the classic all rounder....I recommend it to anyone.

Great build quality
Great build quality! Played this on the street and a random dude threw me with it. Broke my ribcage but the Hohner doesn't even have a small dent on it! 4/5, totally worth the money!

Perfect
Amazing sound, great quality. Highly recommend it. I previously had a 'Rock School' harmonica. I thought that was good until I tried this! Now my old one sounds like sh*t! Arrived perfectly on time. I will definitely be buying more! It's great for playing stuff like Bob Dylan!

Love the wailing sound of the marine band classic 1896 and purchased at a good price inc p and p too, this is effectively a harp used by professionals so what more can you ask for.

Recommended buy!
One of many Marine Band harmonica's I have bought in various keys. I find note bending a lot easier on these compared to others I have tried. Well worth paying more money for - don't but cheap if you're just starting out.
