I am not a huge DC film fan, and the recent Flash film did not dispel me of this belief. However, the toys cannot be blamed for an average film. This Flash toy appears to be based on the Flash in the film but is nondescript enough that it can just be seen as generic flash - we like the TV show version.It is a substantial size action figure that has limbs you can move and pose. There are plenty of sound effects and if you give it a shake the character lights up as if they are running faster than the speed of light. It is static like many action figures, but the quality is high. If you have a child that loved the film or character and has the imagination for an action figure, this is a good one.

This is a great action figure that will appeal to old and new fans of The Flash. It's a good size, there are lights and sounds, and the limbs can move as well - in the same sort of way that most solid action figures do. It isn't cheap, but then it is very well made and doesn't feel tacky and plasticky like some cheaper action figures do. It should last a while, even with robust play, which is good as this one has already been thrown about a bit outside (not sure flying is one of his skills)! With the new film coming out there will be a boom in the popularity of The Flash so I think this will be a popular toy. However even if the kids aren't familiar with the character, they seem to enjoy playing with it and we have had a lot of imaginative play in this house already.

I wasn't actually familiar with this superhero but my eldest son soon filled me in with who he is. Apparently, he has super speed powers hence the name 'The Flash'.This character has lights and sound effects that are activated by pressing the logo on his chest or you can shake him to make lights flash over his chest. He is super 'posable' so you can put him in different positions so your kids can make him look like he is running at lightning speed lol.I like this character but personally think it would get a little boring but then I'm not a child anymore and don't have the creative mind kids do. My 3yr old boys seem to like it so therefore it must be good. I guess in that case I am only qualified to score this the full 5/5 ;)

It talks and says phrases with a lighting effect when you press the button in its chest, and when you shake it vigorously, it produces a lighting sound and lights from his feet all the way to his chest. You can turn his head 360, and most joints are movable to create different poses. However, the volume can't be adjusted, and you have to shake it hard for it to create the lightning effect. But overall quality is recommendable.

Great action figure that's well made with good detail, reminds me of my action man toys back in the day! Sadly I'm a bit old for toys now so this has gone to my nephew who luckily is a huge DC fan, he was over the moon with this and now has to take it everywhere! The build quality feels good, you can tell it's official and not just a cheap knock off, sturdy enough I imagine it will last for ages. If you press the light on his chest it he says a few phrases, you can also shake it to make more. I imagine this would be great for collectors too!
