Nice hat but the sound is ropey and bluetooth connectivity unreliable
Bought as a gift, its a nice hat but the sound is ropey and we had difficultly making and keeping the bluetooth connection to an iPhone, the recipient was disappointed so I sent the product back for refund.

Great service , dispatched straight away no messing about. Great product,having tried, (. To make sure they work) . With cold weather about may have to get some more. As soon as the rest of the family see them ,I'm sure they will want. And I'm sure I will get the same quick response from a company that obviously care about their buyers.
