I bought this to go on holiday to stop me snoring,,Absolutely useless,,uncomfortable,, straps not long enough for velcro to stick Suckley, it kept slipping around,, do not recommend it,,Definitely a waste of time and money,,,30 minutes trying to fit and work itAnd lost all hope that it didn't work,, snorned all night

It stops my mouth from falling open during the night and works well with my CPAP.

Wasn’t too oppressive when wearing it and wasn’t an issue trying to sleep. Just didn’t work for me to stop the noise keeping my girlfriend awake at night
