Ideal for beginner

Bought for 8yo niece who wants to learn new instruments and for a family that doesn’t have the best track record of looking after stuff so didn’t want to spend a lot of money on something that might get neglected or trashed.This was perfect as not too expensive and does the job for someone who is learning. The frets do seem to be a little out of tune compared to when you play the strings without frets and it feels like it needs tuned every 5 minutes but I don’t think that will matter for an 8yo.Would not recommend for a professional or performing musician but perfect price and decent build for a beginner child who will not be fussed by the imperfections

I was stuck what to buy my 6yr old great neice for her birthday and came across this ukele. After reading reviews I decided it would be a nice gift. Her daddy used to play in a band (guitarist) so I think he'll be able to give assistance. I bought pink and arrived in quick time. I did open the box carefully, not to damage it as I wanted to check all was well. Very well packaged (and now resealed. Ukele looks great, sturdy, lovely colour. Includes spare strings, pic, and booklet, plus outer bag to keep it in. I'm pleased I found this gift. Happy with purchase.

Great item and price

This is a fine starter instrument. It’s cheap and cheerful, but the one thing that sets it back is the quality of the frets. The frets are really rough and are in serious need of filing to make smooth. The way they grind against the strings makes my toes curl.

Fun little thing, been about 2 weeks and no issues. So get it if youre in a budget and want to strum away!
