Diamond beech

Perfect result after first time use - to me, it looked as though it might be much harder to use than it was, it was a doddle. I made a swiss roll which was wrapped in ganache with a chocolate outer coating and it came out perfectly. I coated the cavity in chocolate, put in the fridge to set hard then spread the ganache evenly inside before cutting up and placing the swiss roll, I then added some more chocolate on the top and once again placed into the fridge before demoulding. For ease of de-moulding, make sure you take off the top of the holding unit so that the edges of the silicone mat can be lifted out.

The two silicone headers are missing.

Only Silikomart for me their moulds are fantastic although expensive they are worth it.

Comodo da usare e solido quando lo si mette in congelatore con una mousse dentro. Non ho provato in forno, e non credo che lo farò. La presenza di due tappetini, uno decorato e uno liscio, consente una buona flessibilità d'uso. Grazie alla famosa arte di arrangiarsi, ci ho realizzato anche un inserto di bavarese per il tronchetto; ho messo un bel po' di fogli di carta a contatto col supporto, in modo da fare spessore e diminuire il volume interno, e dopo ho piazzato il tappetino liscio, in questo modo ho ottenuto uno stampo concentrico più piccolo in cui colare la bavarese. Attenzione, perché il tappetino decorato è ovviamente più spesso, quindi bisogna valutare bene la grandezza dell'inserto, io non ci avevo pensato e quindi ho riusato il tappeto liscio anche per il tronchetto vero e proprio (la prossima volta metterò più fogli di carta)

tolle Form in der gewohnten Silikomart Qualität. Ich habe sie schon häufig benutzt, eingefroren und in der Spülmaschine gereinigt. Sie ist auch jetzt noch wie neu.
