This is a terrific product. It completely covers your mirror and sticks out on my car enough that the visor won't go all the way toward the window. The camera quality is better than any dash camera I've ever owned. The rear camera quality is also good. The nice thing is that since I didn't remove the stock head unit, I now have a low back up camera and one that faces traffic directly. The only downside is that it uses an FM transmitter for sound and just like any others I've used, the sound fades in an out. If your looking for a subsitute to play music, you may want to look elsewhere. Great dash cam, great having apple or google maps at the rear view mirror!

At first it worked great until 1 day the rear view camera stopped and half the time the gps goes blank.. a black screen can’t push anything can’t see anything so I end up using my phone instead. Do yourself a favor and buy from a different vendor or company. This thing is not reliable and I can’t get back the $ I paid to have it installed. Do not waste your time buying this.

I thought this would be a good addition to our older truck, so decided to give it a try.INSTALLINGInstalling this screen over the existing rearview mirror in our truck was simple using the included "rubber bands". The difficult part of the installation was mounting the rearview camera, routing the cables through the vehicle, around the windshield trim, and across to the screen.You also need to route a power wire to the screen, so there is a bit of a cable mess hanging between the rearview and the top of the windshield.SYNCINGIt took several attempts to get the dash cam to connect to my iPhone, but once connected, it worked well.The Bluetooth FM transmitter function works as well as other similar devices I've used. It's great to be able to play songs or listen to podcasts from my phone in an older vehicle that doesn't have a Bluetooth or Aux in connection. There is some loss in fidelity listening with this method, but it's easier than installing a whole new headunit.When the screen is activated, there is no rearview mirror which may take some getting used to. But we've driven lots of trucks with cargo in the back which renders the rearview mirror worthless... so we're used to relying on our side mirrors the majority of the time anyway.Overall, this is a good alternative if you want Bluetooth connectivity, front and rear cameras, and a screen that isn't perched precariously on your dash impeding your view, or stuck in one of your vents blocking airflow.

Seconds to install and to understand the menus, crisp screen with great detail and to get a playback that quickly on a wide screen is amazing. For cars that are before CarPlay, it’s great to have that feature included out of the box! Game charger for this old 20005 for sure!

This is so easy to install and I don’t have to pay all them fee to replace my radio. Love the front and rear camera. Front recording to important with the crazy drivers.

After having it for 3 weeks. It started to playback music half way the song, sometimes the music just started and it will restart. It randomly resets or shutdown while I am driving. Sometimes it disconnects with my phone. I would want a replacement but I wish I can just keep the cables and the rearview camera Coz It was difficult to work on the cables.

Aux in comes broken

Took approx 30 minutes to hide the wires and get it installed, super easy addition to upgrade an older car that the radio replacement was super feasible without getting custom printed face plates for the dash. FM transmitter is not the best, but still a good upgrade.
