Item not as shown in Amazon photos
Overall, it’s the nicest countertop tea organizers on Amazon, well made and easy to use. However, in the photos the dividers are shown to be thicker with brown wood accents, but the item that arrived had only thin felt covered dividers. I feel that this is somewhat deceptive advertising, given the high cost.

Nice but not exactly as described
The box is large and nice. Spacious. Pretty heavy. Unfortunately, not exactly as described. The grids are in even color not with a black strap as was shown on a picture. And the box is black, not walnut. Brass handles doesnt look like brass, no shininess. If design has changed, would be good that seller would update the look on this page too. Therefor, just 2 points.
