I have arthritis in several joints. My back and hips have been keeping me awake at night lately. Since I received my Tens unit I have been able to sleep almost through the night. I place the pads on my hips and lower back for an hour or so before bed and it has made a world of difference. The pain is almost immediately eliminated at the site. The fact that you can hook up six pads at once is amazing. I may even be purchasing a second unit so I can treat my shoulders and neck also.

The machine works on my back very well. I was surprised how much it helped. The pads got gooey and started falling apart after using them for a couple of weeks. If you leave the pads on too long after the it is done, there are really hard to removed and I think that had something to do with the pad problem.There are not any directions as to what the different settings are and the best way to use it.I have had a couple of times where I have had to turn the machine off and on a time or two to get it to work.

Good to have this pocket size product! I had a neck pain and happend to see this product. I wish I bought it earlier. It is recommended for several reasons:1. It is effective. I did a 10 minutes therapy for 3 days, my neck pain relieved.2. It is easy to use. With clear instructions, it only took me 1 minute to learn to use it.3. It is convenient with several adjustable modes. It had several models from low to high pressure, and also different time length.Will definitely recommend this product.

A really cheap but useful machine ! It's powered by two batteries but can work for hours. When the machine starts I can feel the warmness and after about 5 mins , my knee pain is somehow relieved. Amazing!

Helped my back pain tremendously. I've been experiencing back pain to the point its hard to tie my shoes. I thought my back would heal on its own but after two months it would come back on and off. I put this on everyday for about 30 mins, the only con is timing settings it only has 5, 10, and 15 minute intervals. I would prefer maybe a 30 or 60 min option. However, for the price it's still a 5 star product. I've used this for a week and I feel like my back is a lot better, it's not back to normal but this device has made it possible for me to move around again. It also came with batteries, overall I am very satisfied with the product, and it has helped quite a bit.

Super fast delivery and good looking product. It doesn’t include manual but super easy to use.I am using it to fix my shoulder problems, it works on some level. More confidence on mountains, ski like professional.Please hide this product from your wife, so you still have a good excuse to have her massage.Price is way too low.

This product feels great！ I tried something similar to it and a convention. They were charging a far higher price so I was a bit skeptical about this product at first. But I got it anyways. And I'm glad I did. I'm standing on my feet for most of my day and my back takes most of the beating. I usually just place the pads on certain areas on my back where I hurt the most and I get a great massage out of it. Feeling great afterwards.Great Product, Happy Purchase!

Not as advertised. This appears to be ONLY a TENS as there are not settings or anything else to indicate it is also EMS as described. I already have a TENS so this has gotten me nothing. Price is okay and delivery fine. If you just want TENS this may be great but seller really needs to change the information on sales page to eliminate any reference to EMS as they are not the same thing at all.
