Alignment Ball Mark

Great for pace of play and seeing the line of your putt. It needs to be metal. The spikes break so easy. I would buy another but I know they would just break again. Even for the price, once it is broke it is no use.

Not a bad idea, but the top of the unit spins too easily. All it takes is a slight brush with your hand and it is way out of alignment.

Expected it to be a bit better quality and it doesn't work as I hoped it would you have to parallel it not line it up

I have been aligning my ball before putts for the past year after noticing almost all the pros using this discipline prior to most of their putts. It has paid off! Won my club's super senior championship this summer as well as our President's Cup.My biggest problem aligning putts is the challenge I have with 67 years old knees squatting in front of my ball on the green.This nifty gadget has made that so much easier. I mark my ball and then I can use the front edge of my putter to get the alignment just right. The top part of this tool can easily move to get the direction just right. I plumb bob and make certain the shaft angle matches closely to the line on the marker. I then place the ball back on the green and align the ball and the marker. Getting them on the same line is quite easy.Plumb bobbing is my main tool, but I add a bit more angle when putting downhill and take a smaller angle when putting uphill.Now when I putt my focus is only on getting the speed right. I would guess that this gadget has probably improved my putting by 2-3 strokes each round. Good return on your $10 investment!
