I loaded in the driver from the CD. Connected up the dongle. I got a connection chime from the computer, but there was no Bluetooth connectivity. There is no way of getting it to work and all of the instructions on the CD are in Chinese! Total rubbish and a waste of time.

Works fine (Plug & Play) with Windows 10, the drivers on the mini-CD are not required. If (like me) you are buying this to add Bluetooth to an older PC then, be warned, you're probably in for a lot of heartache. Drivers don't seem to work and after spending hours disabling and re-installing I couldn't get this to work. Having read other reviews, I also bought a more expensive (and better I thought) UGreen Bluetooth adapter but having started in with this one that messed up the install of the UGreen. Cheap, but for me a complete waste of money for early OS versions. 3 stars

install was ok but the pdf on the disc is in chinese so thats not very helpful and you cant translate to it either, if your still stuck getting itto work go on youtube and search for generic bluetooth devices and some videos will help you set it up and turn it on

Bought a reconditioned P.C but unfortunately did not have bluetooth, simple solution, plug this adapter into one of the USB sockets and voila, instant bluetooth
