Disappointed, but it picks up some channels
I live 3 miles from the nearest transmitter, I tried the 1-3 mile aerial, and it did very little, so bought this one with an up to 9mile range. It is better, it picks up the BBC channels perfectly, but little else. Unless you actually hang it out the window, in which case it picks up most channels, so unless you can arrange some kind of basket system to hang it out your window, you may be disappointed. It just depends on the direction of your window in relation to the transmitter tower. I kept it, because it does the Beeb channels and CBBC and the radio channels and that is enough for a 12year old boy's bedroom with the Euros and 0lympics coming up, but really, I was disappointed after going for the longer range, that it did not do everything I wanted it to - fingers crossed for a local transmitter upgrade at some point. It was also half the price the same model was advertised for in 4rg0s.

Great compact ariel
East to install, great picture, but you need to be patient to get the correct position when installing.

Good basic Ariel - signal not great
It’s a nice small aerial and looks more like a router or something than usual aerials. Tv sometimes goes crackly if you stand or walk past it and definitely doesn’t block phone signal as it says. We can’t use our phones when on normal tv.

Great value, but...
Great value indoor antenna, but you'll struggle for HD content when It'll 8 miles away from the antenna

Wow! Great product! Does exactly what they claim!
Having decided to ditch sky I wanted to set up with Freeview and Freesat and use Now TV for sports.I live in a house with no aerial and didn't want to spend £100+ on an installation. I live approx 7 miles from a transmitter in a rural area but there are plenty of properties in the line of sight. I decided to try one of these units, after all at this price what did I have to lose?Plugged it in added an extension to the aerial cable as this is the only criticism, the cables are not very long, 1.5m and you if you need to site the unit away from electronics or in a window you need to extend. A Male/Femal coax is fine for this I used a 2m one.Mine is sited approx 1.5m high on top of my Hi-Fi in the corner of the room about 1 m from a window and 1.5m from TV.Connected it to the TV pressed tune. EVERY CHANNEL loaded in first time. No repositioning no break up of signal. Perfect performance. The product manufacturers recommend that this is to be used if you are within 9 miles of a transmitter and being 7 miles away it works perfectly. One for All provide a location to transmitter service on their website as a guide. Can't recommend this product more! It's brilliant!

Does exactly what I wanted
Needed this to be able to watch TV in bedroom as there’s no aerial port in wall. Hooked up to TV, moved it to the top of wardrobe next to TV near window and picked up of 80 odd Freeview channels. There is a slight interference on some channels but certainly watchable. Have only just set up but will perhaps move around just to see if we can get a perfectly clear picture on all channels but so far, so good.
