Nestos Greek Vine Leaves Net Weight 900gr Glass jar

Used to make Dolmades recipes (both with meat and without) they were easy to handle and roll and the end product delicious. 😋

Made my first stuffed vine leaves...turned out great!

Absolutely terrible, had to throw both jars in the bin. Impossible to take out of the jar and because they are so soft and mushy when you do get them out of the jar you’ve lost half of the vine leave. Some were old as there were really dark green and tough and some were really pale green and mushy.I will never be ordering these again, total loss of money and waste of time.

These were good; though was difficult to remove from the gar and some leaves got damaged. Also, long stems were attached to the leaves.

Worked well for Dolmades

Quite difficult to get the first bunch out of the jar.

You get around 40 ish leaves and a small number not useable but able to double wrap with them. Enough for around 750-800g of mix (using both jars). There are small stems in place but not a problem to snip off - soaked for a few hours to remove brine and the product did what i wanted. If you are looking for leaves, straight out with no preparation needed then don't bother - if you don't mind the small amount of sorting, then they are good. Blanched in hot water before using and the dolmades were perfect with no string veins - nice and tender as it should be

Out of two jars I could only used 1 jar. The others were no good. Also they didn't cook very well at all. I am used to cooking vine leaves being greek but never seen anything like this. Very disappointed
