Good Figure and Great Detail
The figure is high quality, though I wish the weapons had the same quality. The weapons are made of a soft plastic and is warped, stick with using hard plastic for the weapons Hasbro. Overall, still a good addition to the GI Joe collection.

I remember around the time this figure first came out, I was waiting outside my elementary school to be let in (they herded us every morning in my school district like little, baby sheeple) and the next to me said "Hey you get torpedo yet? He's a seal, seals are the toughest MOFOs in the whole damn army. That means Torpedo is the toughest member of Gi JOE". This made a lasting impression on me. While Torpedo was never my favorite figure (that was Destro/Storm Shadow/HISS Driver) he was definitely my favorite Joe. Having been scarred by Jaws when I was 5, the ocean had always fascinated and terrified me. The fact that Torpedo spent his days chilling with Jaws put torpedo at the top of my badass list.Anyway, this figure kicks major a**.

Flimsy accessories. But a great design
I was flip flopping between Torpedo and the Cobra Eel because I thought that Torpedo's design was bland and thought the gear wasn't much. When I put everything together he was actually greet looking, cooler than I thought in hand. only cons speargun is flimsy, and the gun as well I am happy adding him to my Joe roster

I'm not reviewing every gi Joe but Hasbro and Three Zero make excellent Gi Joe products for kids and adults

Showed up perfectly
Was a hard to get figure but finally snagged one. I'm a mint box collector and this one came perfect, despite reputation for delivery damage on gi joe figures
