Electric part was not working after 2 months so i reported to the Company. They replaced the product with a new one within few days as it is having 1 year warranty. Service and response is good from Agaro i must say. And good product in terms of Stone quality.

It has stopped working after 2 months of use .Pls help me out as it is under warrany. Customer service team is not helping at all.I request Amazon to pls take some action or help me out .This product is working properly and it's under warranty.I have reached out to the Agaro customers care team however they are not offering any solution to my issue.

This product is amazing the most important thing here is I bought this first time I received a dirty box and inside was also dirty the guasha was broken then I asked for a replacement and I got good one it's the best it works well portable and relaxing the nature rose jade guasha and roller costs above 700₹ this has many extra 100% worth for cost and it has proof that it is real .

Nice product Even the support is good I had problem with one of the parts that they replaced
