The media could not be loaded. Great little tool, much more efficient than a dermaroller. Instructions are clear and the leaflet even tells you at what depth to adjust your needle accoriding to the area you're doing.

I like the product and easy to use. Only thing, the extra needle cartridges didn't arrive, only got the 2 in the box which is annoying.

The product is 10/10 but the benefits are vague. Maybe it's not for me

I Just used the derma pen and I would say the pain of the needles are bearable. I didn’t receive the 20 pieces of needle cartridges but the A10 box had 2 needle cartridges. When using the A10, I make sure to use 0.25 or 0.5 first all over the face, I didn’t have numbing cream so I build my way up to 0.75 to 1.5 in dark spots and acne scars on areas of the face that are suitable in that depth. Make sure to use a pure hyaluronic acid serum while using this pen to avoid dry gliding of the pen. Also make sure to have the pen sanitised before and after use, and use gloves while working on your face, make sure to cleanse your face well before using the A10. It’s an overall good pen, very good investment for anti aging and scar or dark spot care on the face or body.

Love mine so much , I use daily , genuine product with codes attached . I use the 12 pins the most , does not hurt at all maybe slight tingle , you see improvement to your skin instantly ( depending on the serum ) brightens evens and smooths skin .

I bought this after reading about micro rollers versus the electronic micro needle pen. I previously had a roller but was too lazy to use it (why I don’t know as it only look 15 minutes in my day but I found the whole process laborsome) my hair kept getting tangled in the needles and the penetration level was just the size of the needles, so I stopped using it. This on the other hand performs really well, looks really good , compact and easy to use not laborsome at all and adjustable in penetration levels which the roller can’t do. I use twice every week without fail, hair doesn’t get tangled and I’ve seen results in the time that I’ve used it in new hair regrowth. It does take a bit of time to get used to the feeling of the needles in the scalp which is when you can vary the penetration level, in all im extremely happy with this purchase.I’ve also used on my eye brows, slightly more painful but has been effective. I would compare the feeling of the needles in the scalp or eyebrow area as the sensation when getting a tattoo.
