Got this for ideas on low fat cakes mainly. Great selection of recipes, not only for cakes but bread , pastries and sweet treats as well. Will be giving my first recipe a go this weekend.

Great visuals. Measurements accurate. I made fantastic banana bread using this book.

I got this second hand at a very low price but it turned up and excellent condition. The recipes are really good and give all the information you need but losing weight is going to be difficult.

was looking forward to this book as i have quite a few low fat cook books ,and was very disappointed to find i had it under the name THE ULTIMATE LOW FAT BAKING COOK BOOK bit of a swizz and as it cost so much to send back (from France)will have to keep it
