Massive impact
I’m not a coffee lover, but I was recommended these for my workouts. I used to feel nauseous after exercising, but after taking one of these, I felt energized enough to do the whole workout again! They’re great for recovery. I wouldn’t recommend using them outside of exercise or physical exertion, though.

Favourite caffeine gel
Super sweet, but not sickly. I love these gels.

Core Gel
Go down with no issues, taste is inoffensive and they give the required boost. Only small issue is they can be a little fiddly to open and you end up getting sticky gel on your hands that you have to deal with for the rest of your run

Never again
I bought these in the hope that they may give me that bit extra when out on my bike, I tried the double espresso and I have never tasted anything so horrible, apart from ginger beer perhaps. This tastes nothing like coffee, didn't give me any edge at all and when I got back home one of the side effects that I had was that I couldn't stop eating, then I felt like crap, the come down of the caffeine probably.

Morning coffee
One of the best gels I've ever tasted. I usually intersperse with with SIS vanilla during triathlon but they've stopped vanilla. I have to.limit the use of these for the sake of caffeine overdose but 15min after taking the kick comes in

Energy Gels -espresso
Used these gels on my last three rounds of golf and scored my best results in a long time. Much easier than carrying mushy bananas around. Very happy.

Great Flavours, Not Too Sweet - Great Boost
I regularly use these supplements during half marathons, and endurance training, and they are really superb. I generally take one about an hour before I run, and then a second just before the mid-point for a late energy boost when my reserves are running low.The flavours are great, cola being my favourite, they are very easy to take mid-exercise (and my stomach can be very fussy!) and to my surprise, they are really not overly sweet - which is really refreshing.Don't confuse these with post-exercise supplements, they do not offer rehydration support, or rebuild support, they are really just to give you a boost before and during exercise. My only note of caution is that the caffeine in these sachets can have a naughty side effect - a laxative one. So be sure that you don't get caught short by overdoing it with the caffeine during a run!
