Ink Cartridge Replacement for HP 64XL (Black, Tri-color)

This is the first time I've tried ink cartridges that were not HP brand. So far, so good. I've had them in the printer for a week now, and they're performing fine.

Could not get the color (pink) cartridge to sink with my printer. Kept getting an error message, tried taking it out & popping it back in several times & still received an error message. Even tried turning the printer off for 2 minutes to reset as per recommendation for Error Messages.Tried putting the old\used empty cartridge back in and it fit\worked fine, just received an ink cartridge empty so I knew it was the new cartridge that wasn't working. Ended up at Office Depot~costs a little more but worked perfectly first time.UPDATE: Although I didn't think I could return the printer cartridges for a refund, the seller contacted me unsolicited (read my review) and offered me a full refund. After offering me the refund thru an Amazon message and I accepted it, they processed it quickly for the full amount of the purchase price. I greatly appreciated their offer and integrity along with an apology email for the issues I encountered with their printer cartridges/product.

The first few pages printed perfect. Then the lighter colors got spotty, then the colors changed altogether by the 8th one. I JUST put these in 😭😭😭😭Far left on the first picture is the colors everything was supposed to be.

I didn't have any trouble installing these in my printer as some other reviewers have, but the print quality is far inferior to the genuine HP cartridges that they replaced. In particular, the color on printed pages varies significantly from the original image and even black text came out as a fairly faint gray. The latter, in particular, makes these cartridges unacceptable for me.

These cartridges are NOT the same as HP 64. The communication chip is not even the same. This is HP XL vs this brand XL. Unfortantaly, I buy my ink in advance so I can't even return this now. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY

Very disappointed with this product. Don't buy these cheap knockoffs. When you do install them, HP printers won't align the cartridges, so they won't print.
