I was skeptical about the purchase but bought it anyway. I am happy to report that it gets the job done. Easy to wear with an easy comfortable fit with strong Velcro to keep things in place.

For what I paid, it works for me. It slips a little when working out, when you start to sweat. Fits my entire torso! I would recommend!

This is not like the usual ones I get that stretch. This is very rigid and doesn’t allow me to get it as tight as I would normally wear. I do like the silver lining, I think it creates more sweat. If this stretched it would be more comfortable.

My man is extremely picky when it comes to a back belt. Shopped for various ones and this is the one that he liked so will definitely recommend.

It is the best stuff not only you can lose weight, but it balance my back. I have no back pain….
