Excellent for good health

This stuff is a Godsend! I have Ulcerative Colitis, have been in a flare for almost 2 years and have been miserable. I’ve had to stop eating a lot of the foods I love and was steadily gaining weight despite my reduced food intake. I was dieting and exercising and barely able to maintain my weight. I started taking this beta glucan 4/1/21 and today 4/30/21 I am already eating some of the same foods I’ve had to avoid for two years, I am no longer in a flare, I have tons more energy, I’ve started losing weight, and my overall gut health has improved so profoundly it’s almost unbelievable.I researched beta glucan when my mother had stage IV lung cancer and had her start taking it. Her cancer went into remission and she was cancer free. I don’t know why I didn’t think about taking beta glucan sooner for ulcerative colitis but rest assured I will be a lifelong customer so please bring this product back!

I have been using this product as recommended by my holistic health care professional. I know it is making a difference. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive.

I bought this a little over a month ago and took it on an empty stomach every morning. My kids all got head colds within the last two weeks. I thought this would help me from getting sick since I get sick almost every month of the year. I just started getting a minor sore throat a couple days ago. I'm a little tired but I'm thinking that my symptoms are a lot less severe than they normally would be had I not been taking the glucan. I will have to post another review to see if my cold progresses or dies off quicker than usual with milder symptoms...3/20/12 update. This stuff really works. This is the first time I have come through a virus with just about half of the symptoms that I would normally have. The only thing I had was a little sore throat for a couple of days and a little tickle in my throat. Normally it would graduate to my voice and turn into a cough with losing my voice. I think I will keep taking this every morning for maintenance. Well worth the cost for me!

Has anyone noticed any breathing issues or tightness of the chest area after taking B 3 D glucan products including this one? I have been trying to figure out the source of my asthma like symptoms that coincided with the purchase of this product. I have never had asthma or this severe tightening of the chest before. However, after purchasing and taking this and another B 3 D Glucan product last Novemeber, I realized I had severe difficulty breathing. I been ruling out a number of things that could have been likely causes. Also, my B Glucans ran out after a while. I noticed that the tightness in my chest went away. I thought it was because I had stopped using a particular lip stick or stop doing other things. However I recently repurchased this product and began to take it once more. This morning I decided to do a research on Asthma and Beta glucans. I realize that B Glucans can activate an asthma response or inflammation in the respiratory system. It can also cause skin rashes. My neck is now terribly sore with a rash. I thought it was the increased temperatures in Jamaica that caused this. The Beta Glucan product did help to improve my immune system hence I am rating it a 4. But I am wondering if I am allergic to them. I am going to stop taking them and see what happens.
