I was curious so I decided to purchase for taste you know where. I haven’t been told I taste like pineapple explicitly, but ever since using this product I have been repeatedly complimented on my taste 💦 Either this product is doing its job or my new partner must really like me! Or both haha. Either way, I’ve never been complimented so much on how good I taste. Other benefits of bromeliad consumption include its anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor effects. Look it up! But remember: Too much of anything is a bad thing. This supplement is NOT supposed to be taken every day for the rest of your life. It’s meant to be used for shorter durations and then should stop being taken after a while. So far ive used it for about 14 days and my partner has been gushing about my taste. But I’ve since stopped and decided on the following rotation: take 1 pill a day, Mon-Fri every OTHER week. Stop after 6 months then start again after 6-12 months has passed. This is an arbitrary schedule I’ve come up with to limit consumption of the extract (to not overdo it) so my body doesn’t get to used to it and so it doesn’t have any detrimental effect. Taking these to help reduce eye floaters. Been using over a year, they seem to help. Floaters are still there, but not nearly as bad as they were before I started taking these supplements.
