Wow, my posture is instantly fixed when I wear this. I bought this particular one because it did not look bulky, and I am very pleased I was correct. It is a good thickness and has very strong velcro you can use to adjust the straps. It is also very breathable so my back doesn’t sweat where it is. I also like that the straps are long enough where you can put it on loosely and then adjust straps instead of trying to secure the straps when they are not attached. I am 5’9 and 200 lbs, so I was a little worried it wouldn’t fit securely, but it is perfect. The item also came very quickly and is exactly what me and my slumped shoulders were looking for!

I recently purchased it and I am incredibly impressed with its quality and effectiveness. As someone who works at a desk all day, I have struggled with poor posture for years, which has led to neck and back pain. But after using this product consistently for a couple of days , I have already noticed a significant improvement in my posture and a decrease in my pain. Another thing I appreciate about this product is that it is discreet enough to wear under my clothes. I can wear it to work or out in public without anyone noticing, which is great for me since I prefer to keep my personal health habits private. It's well-made, comfortable, and easy to use, and has already made a noticeable difference in my overall posture and well-being.

i love this product especially after a long day of work with my back destroying me. it’s very stretchy and feels durable. i feel it works by pulling your shoulders back straightening out your upper back which makes it work great. it’s one size fits all with the adjustable straps. it would be very easy to hide under a hoodie with it being so thin and discreet. i highly recommend this for a budget posture corrector.

Got this to try and correct my back posture and I just thought it was uncomfortable and a little bulky. No matter how I tried to put it on it ended up cutting into my underarms. I also thought it was a little bulky because you could see it through a shirt.

Worthless. It’s does not even pull back on my shoulders at the tightest adjustment. It is not a good deal if you’re not getting any use of it. My advice, Search for another with better ratings. It doesn’t even deserve one star.

On sale at 10 bucks this was a pretty good deal. It slightly rides the armpits a little and rubs the back of your neck, but it's not terrible. I was looking for something to use while sitting and I don't think this is the best option as it really only straightens your shoulders and upper back. Your lower back can still slouch, and that's the biggest deal when it comes to sitting for long periods. I do think it's great for daily use like at work or going on a walk, as it really just naturally puts you into a proper posture. It's also pretty inconspicuous so you can wear it under a hoodie or something and people won't notice. So yeah, for the price, I'm gonna keep it and use it when going on walks, but I might still look around for another one that properly pulls from the lower back as well for sitting.

I was in a video recently. I took notice of the fact that I was getting round shouldered like my mother! I said to myself, I need a posture corrector. So I took to Amazon to find the best one I came across this one and read all the reviews and decided to take a chance. In the meantime while I was waiting for my delivery, I developed a backache that would not go away I thought it was from wearing high heels during the video Medication and the good old heating pad was just not working very frustrating and painful so the day comes the delivery arrives and I go about trying to figure out how to put this product on correctly. It was very easy and you put it on just like you would put on a jacket so I walked around with it for a while. I must tell you that I have severe TMJ and chronic neck pain. I’m not kidding when I say that within about 20 minutes, the backache was gone after applying this posture corrector. My neck feels better, and my shoulders look amazing. Went to work last night I’m a nurse and I’m on my feet a lot no back pain I definitely highly recommend this and I am really surprised that it’s been so beneficial to me in ways that I didn’t expect.
