Amtech C3190 2 Piece Manhole Key Set

These are very good value for money and will last several lifetimes but I should have asked the question what size slot will these fit into. After reading reviews a lot of other people buying manhole keys made the same mistake with other keys. These are far too big to fit my 40-year old steel manhole cover. I might grind them down but the effort involved versus amount of use probably isn't worth it.

This is a solid product that should last a lifetime. As reported in several reviews the key maybe too big for some drain/manhole covers. Unfortunately Amazon does not state the size.The width is around 35mm (see photo) . I used a bench grinder to quickly reduce the width to fit my drain covers' slots. It could still be used on larger sized slots/holes if needed.

I was surprised at the quality of these for the price. I need them to get a huge manhole cover up to read my water meter & so they need to be fit for the job. They certainly are so great value for money & extremely useful. Took a little longer than expected to arrive but worth the wait.

Ok, bit large for my covers

Had to pull a couple of heavy manholes up, and these were great well made and very sturdy .Would recommend.

Cheap and easy to use does the job so fit for purpose.

The ends of the keys are much too large for the slots in my manhole covers.

Articolo robusto. Fa il suo lavoro (oggettivamente non molto complesso da svolgere). Non adatto a tutti i tombini ma vista l'"anarchia" costruttiva dei tombini ritengo che un attrezzo universale e robusto che si adatti perfettamente ad ogni foro, sia quasi impossibile da cotruire.

E' un sarticolo di buona qualità . Mi sarebbe piacciuto che fosse 10 o 15 cm. più lungo e quindi più comodo.

Usate ma una si è deformato l' anello triangolare aprendosi un po'

Preso per tombino in ghisa con quattro fori. Non entra perché il pezzo orizzontale che dovrebbe entrare nel foro e girare è troppo alto. Dovrò limarlo. Come fattura è abbastanza grezzo.
