Great customer service
Trying to find replacement parts for your Neff extractor fan can be a challenge. Unfortunately I relied on the picture which seemed to match the filter I wanted to replace. Alas it was square rather than rectangle (I needed a rectangle version) so it didn’t fit my cooker hood. I’ve returned the filter for a full refund which has been fully communicated by the company. Thank you.

Significant difference between part delivered and part shown
Not clear whether I actutally received the the part advertised, as neither the part, packing or paperwork (of which there was none) gave an serial number, but there were small but very significant differences between the delivered part and the close-ups shown on the website - largely the same but the retention pins on the delivered part were rectangular tabs, rather than the round pins shown. Consequently the delivered part was of no use at all. The one star is for Amazon performance here, rather than the product itself.
