Silas (aka Tater Tot aka potato) and Ollie. Great book. awful cover
I love this series and the Vancouver Hockey guys! But what have they done to the covers? (More ranting about the covers below). And why aren't these books grouped as a series yet on amazon?Silas was cheated on by his long term, high school girlfriend , Sarah (who really must have been crazy to look for something else and let this fine man go.. Or the sexual chemistry just wasn't there between them). But what is weird is how sexually confident Ollie is yet she has only slept with one man who was mediocre. This is a slow burn and I loved the build up as they get to know each other and the sexual attraction builds and it's clear they are going to be scorching together!I liked their age gap, the fact that they are so opposite in some ways and how sassy Ollie is, teasing Silas about being old. I liked the supporting characters. I love the hockey boys and seeing Ollie's friend Ross meet his dream man.The new illustrated covers are awful. Why is this the trend? Is there a shortage of male models? Or has the cost of using models on covers increased? I like the hot pictures on covers as it helps me to choose the books and visualise the guys as I'm reading. Even though I read on kindle I often go back to the cover to see how well the model fits with the authors description. Are the illustrated covers supposed to make romance books more fun or socially acceptable? Or trying to increase readership to include snobbish readers who would never choose a book with a sexy man in the front? I hate the fact that they've changed the covers for the last 2 books. The original kiss and don't tell cover was amazing! I wouldn't have picked any of the books based on the new illustrated covers.. Especially right man right time. Ollie looks like a kid and it looks like Silas is fighting her off with his hockey stick!

Never laughed out loud at a book as much in my life!
Started this book this morning and didn't put it down until I had read every last word. Now I read A LOT, there's never a time that I don't have a book on the go. I've always said if a book can make you laugh or cry then you've found yourself one hell of a talented author.. when I say this book had me in tears from laughing, full on laughing out loud, odd looks from my husband kinda laughing. It was just fantastic!Plus the steam 🔥 Holy smokes.I never ever go for age gap romance but something with this one pulled me in and I'm so glad it did. The banter and sass, the characters, the male lead 😍 love that the female lead was confident and fiery too.If you are looking for something to dive into then don't hesitate in giving this a one click. It will 100 percent be going on my list of books I could read again.👏 👏 👏

funny and short read
I’m being generous with the 3 star. It was hilarious but I don’t like the personality of Ollie. She screams desperation, no self-respect and a little immature although I think relationship wise, she’s a lot better compared to Silas. I am not for women who would do stupid things just for attention. Not for me…

Good sports romance
Ollie is one very unpredictable woman which means that she does a lot of things on impulse. her ex comes into the bar she is in and shows off his new girlfriend who she also works with....not good. Ollie decides the guy at the end of the bar is her new boyfriend and goes and kisses him having no idea who he is. Silas is an ice hockey player and he is suddenly amused by this very lovely woman. Turns out he is in a bad place after his girlfriend has told him he isnt enough and they come to an agreement to help each other out. There are some laugh out loud moments because she has no idea who he is but she is happy that he has a great gym in his penthouse. Silas tries to keep her at a distance but he cant stop the chemistry or how refreshing she is to have around. Fun read.

Brilliant
This is the third book in the series and this was Silas and Ollie’s story. Silas is a brooding grumpy male after having quite a sad past after being cheated on and had turned his feelings off. In walks Ollie with her cheeky personality and they up working together to get their exes jealous and loved how it played out. Loved this book and can’t wait to read the next.

Brilliant
I really enjoyed this book. Ollie is probably one of my favourite female leads. I love how thw characters both had depth and fears like people do and I love how that was shown throughout the book.

Cute fake dating turned into love 💕
This is the third book in The Vancouver Agitators series with Ollie Owens and Silas Taters as the main characters. This is a standalone story, but a reader will definitely have more enjoyment from reading the first two books, to know the full in-depth back story of the side characters.Ollie is a 21 year old college student working on her Bachelor Degree and happens to be in a bar where she runs into her ex-boyfriend who is now dating her work nemesis so, she grabs the first unattached man she sees and kisses him and asks him to be her pretend boyfriend.Enter Silas, 31 year old pro hockey player for Vancouver Agitators and she has absolutely no idea who she’s just dragged into her fake boyfriend arrangement 😂💗🤣Definitely spicy with plenty of humor and drama, complete with a third act break up (I personally can do without this), but some readers really enjoy that drama.Absolutely love 💕 the story and I also listened to the audiobook and I definitely recommend you listening to this as well, the narrator’s voices are incredible and pull you into their world ♥️

I absolutely loved it. The way their relationship was developed is simply amazing, they have ups and downs yet they communicate trough out the whole thing.

such a great story!
I was chomping at the bit waiting to get into Silas Taters mind and it was amazing. I wanted his story since his first line in “Kiss and Don’t Tell”.This story is the definition of Grumpy/Sunshine so if you are a fan of that trope.. read this book.Taters is still healing from his break up and we finally get to find out what happened between him and Sarah. God did I want to hug him. He is determined not to let himself be that vulnerable with another person but he didn’t see Ollie coming.Ollie was the perfect counterpart for Silas. She tested him in ways no one saw coming, kept him on his toes with her outrageous stories and made me laugh out loud with her banter. She is literally the type to sit up and go for what she wants and when her eyes land on Silas, he doesn’t stand a chance. What starts off as a simple fake dating agreement that would benefit both of them quickly turns into so much more. This book had just the right amount of hilarious moments, emotional moments and damn when the spice drops 😏.I also have to add how much I love these hockey boys. A couple of their encounters had me legit laugh crying and I couldn’t recommend this series enough.

Extremely good!
I loved the book and the characters. I also loved that finally we get to meet Ian Rivers and see a bit of his love story, but I would have hoped that he would get a book of his own.
