I’m starting to immerse in the ashtanga world and this is a great book! I loove it! David Kyle has done a great job at this and happy to have taken his workshop once years ago in Dominican Republic. 🙏🏻

It's a stunning book! Rocket is a fun way to add more personalization and creativity into an Ashtanga practice and this book is a great resource for the asanas (poses), what they look like, how to sequence them, modifications and ways to add more fuel to the practice. It's all in color, the descriptions are clear, and it's helpful in understanding Rocket yoga. I wish it was offered at more studios.

I love this book, because you can learn more poses of yoga and yo can do a teacher's yoga course online. It's a very complete rocket yoga book, where you can get fit and care your mind and health. ❤️❤️❤️
