Please note, you need to take 2 gel pills to get the 10,000 IUs stated on the front of the bottle! I overlooked that for a long time.

Well past a year
I used to take the megadose Vitamin D capsules once a week. I would have to set reminders to take it. My doctor told that I can take one daily. It is far less “laborious” as I have to take more than a few pills a day and adding it was just easier. The nationwide pharmacies only carried 300 count bottles. I jumped on this 500 count one! I have taken them in both solid and gel forms. The latter is far easier to swallow! Back to the quantity, the count means less ordering/store trips. My labs always come back in the normal range!!

My hubby like them because they melt in your mouth and they are sweet I like them because they are small and easy to swallow , no nasty after taste either . The price is fair for the quantity well worth it...try it you'll like it 😁
