Great for power users
This is a very fast computer for $309. It boots quickly, runs fast, and is very quiet. By default, if you're doing a lot of things at once, the CPU tends to get to about 85C, and I think that's a little too hot. It wasn't a big deal, all I had to do was just go into the BIOS and change the cooling fan table, which is available by default, and now it never gets over 80C no matter how hard I try. The BIOS is unlocked by default and you can change just about everything under the hood if you want. I like that it gives me the option, because I also changed the GPU RAM from 4GB to 2GB. I don't use this for gaming so I don't need to have a bunch of RAM available for this APU.That being said, 32GB is a perfect amount of RAM for people that actually use their computers. Modern web browsers are RAM hogs (looking at you, Chrome), and it's just better to have more, overall. The processor is quick and responsive, and the NVME drive seems to be fast as well. I am very pleased with this computer and I hope to use it for many years to come.

Running pfSense firewall on top of Proxmox
So far, so good.I bought this particular model because it had two RJ-45 NICs, which I used to host a pfSense firewall on top of Proxmox. For the record, it does come with Windows 11 installed, which I overwrote with Proxmox.

Clean, comprehensive, quiet, diminutive and powerful.
Retired programmer here with 50 years dealing with PCs. This review is not for avid gamers, but targets users that want an excellent home computer. After years of setting up ATX (big case) systems for family, friends and coworkers, I can say I've happily transitioned to mini PC's after recommending Beelinks to my brothers and now purchasing my own. The SER8 had the specs that demonstrate a very capable PC with high speed data processing in every area that counts: memory, cpu, gpu, USB, SSD and monitor support. Along with my purchase, I bought a 4TB M.2 SSD drive for the second M.2 slot in the machine. The 1TB M.2 drive that comes with the PC acts as my boot drive and the 4TB acts as a NVR storage location for my home cameras. Installation of the drive was easy after figuring out that the 4 screws on the bottom are hidden underneath little rubber gromets. The only other additional thing to purchase if you have lot of USB devices (camera, BT Headset, etc) is a USB Hub to plug into the rear USB 3.2 port. The USB 3.2 port on the front I use for my keyboard/mouse dongle. The Wi-Fi connectivity is excellent and set as default so that when you turn the PC on for the first time, it connects automatically to your network after you answer a couple setup questions. Win 11 Pro is pre-installed and on intital boot up, it will ask a few set up questions. I switched the Wi-Fi to Ethernet because I'm old school still not fully trusting Wi-Fi reliability. Truthfully, I think those issues have been fully addressed with Wi-Fi 6e which I have...works awesome either way! After installing about 10 apps including office, I can say installations are seamless and all apps work dependably. The machine is faster than my AMD Ryzen 5 ATX machine and it uses 1/4 the power of my old machine. My old machine weighs 25 lbs compared to the Beelink at 3 lbs. I use dual 50" 4k TV's which act as perfect monitors giving me a ton of real-estate and easy reading. Just 10 years ago, people could only dream of such an incredibly powerful PC in such a small super quiet package. I'm thrilled with this purchase.

Fast and quiet, graphics drivers are problematic
It's a nice machine for my purposes. I bought it to perform some background processing not suited for GPUs. I expected the fan to kick on with the heavy CPU load, but if it did I can't hear it. But it's running with no attached peripherals. I just remote desktop to it through its WiFi connection.I wasn't able to get the AMD software to function as a previous reviewer mentioned. Even when I used their auto detect program the end result was the Adrenalin software refusing to start saying the drivers were incompatible. I don't need it, but I was annoyed AMD was providing mediocre support for OEM boards. So 4 stars instead of 5.

Solid PC for everyday use (non-gaming)
I replaced my old non-compatable-with-Windows-11 desktop with this. I use my PC for surfing the web, YouTube, very minimal office work applications (Excel, Word, Google Drive, etc.) This micro-PC works great. SO much more quiet than my old box. Its virtually silent. For those of you needing a non-gaming, non-huge application PC; ie: for "everyday use", this thing is a heck of a good bargain.

Great Little PC
Really great little pc. I don't do gaming or anything crazy but decided it was time for an upgrade from My i5 dell. I do run some programs like Fusion360 and cura and an old version of photoshop and it handles it with ease running 3 monitors. It seems to run cool and is super quiet. I did also purchase a 10 port usb hub to connect a ton of things to it and no problems at all so far. Now, It did take about 24 hours to fully update to windows 11 24H2 but again, no problems or quirky behavior. Will definitely be looking into these for some future upgrades as well.

Fast, Quiet, Sexy. Moderatly durable. HORRIBLE SUPPORT.
Overall im still satisfied with the unit. Supplier was timely, unit is sexy, fast, quiet. Connecting two screens (one 4k) to it and working good almost daily...BUT now we're 15 months further and my bluetooth starts to give way: STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE.Also, it's running a little hotter than before.UPDATE: WATCH OUT FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!Once you have a problem with your item, that's it: support gives a run-around with all kind of funny things to "attempt" on your end including opening up the unit, removing and cleaning parts. Also got links for stuff to download (incl bios updates) from shady sites my antivirus blocked.Right now, I'm just looking to source parts and have my problem fixed myself. But I will not be recommending these products to my department at work, nor my not so tech-savvy friends.
