this item has 2 mouth pieces, 1 is so small it would be for a toddler, the other is so large you have to keep trimming to fit, and it still will not fit correctly with the shape of the mouth, no matter how many times you put it in hot water to form it. The mouth piece itself is very thick, and uncomfortable. The seller will also send you a card that if you give them a all 5 star review you will get a gift card from amazon, but you will never receive it.

These are more of a typical mouth guard you see for sports. Do not try and mold these in your mouth at one time, they will mold together. Nowhere in the instructions does it tell you to do it separately. They do however work for protecting my teeth while I clench my jaw in my sleep.

These mouth guards work great whether you decide to mold it to your teeth or not. It is also a great value, as my husband uses the larger mouth guard, and I use the smaller one. I highly recommend these to anyone needing to protect their smile and take pressure off of the jaw.

How do you make a space for a tooth that isn’t there? Trying to put the sticker on but my mouth guard comes out all jacked up bc my teeth are all jacked up. So how do I make the guard form correctly so I can put my stickers in and finally be able to freakin smile???? Someone please help! Ty!

This teeth guard kit is better than going to a dentist. It’s it saves me time and money by doing it myself. Excellent teeth guard kit.
