they fit my 30 oz stanley cup perfect however they are a bit loose in the straw hole which causes them to fall all the way to the bottom of the cup, I wish they were just a bit thicker and tighter so that the hole itself can keep it from slideing down besides this very nice quality straws, very durable hard plastic and smooth on my lips
