Allergies are no more.
Brilliant device, the small hiss it gives off is un-noticeable most of the time unless you actually listen out for it. After a few hours the air is noticeably cleaner. I suffer from pretty severe hay-fever and some evenings when i get home from work i just can't sleep, but with this running all day in conjunction with a regular fan for better circulation, i come home and i have no troubles at all. Worth the money if you want a fresher feel to the room/s you run it in.

Great while it works
This is a great machine while it works but they don't work for long ! I have just thrown 2 away after 8 months the fan packs up although I do use 24 hrs a day!

Cheap and cheerful?
I have a little too much dust in my bedroom and bought this to try and remedy the situation.While potentially very quiet (with fan off), it also produced a strong smell of ozone, while removing minimal dust from a 25 m^2 low ceiling bedroom.Very low-rent build quality with cheap plastics used throughout. The pictures do not do its ugliness justice. Decided to spend considerably more on a HEPA air filter based air cleaner.Item returned after testing for a couple of days. Return hassle free.

Good product not very quiet
Good but not silent, I would turn it on before going to bed and then switch it off

Clean Air!!
Excellent produce. Very quiet fan almost silent. Clears the air and leaves it smelling fresh even when cooking a curry. There was no smell at all after me cooking up a madras from fresh spices. Normally it lingers but not anymore. :-)

This is a gimmick
Psychologically fooled the mrs into thinking this was killing her allergies which had an effect for a couple of months, but when the reality hit home that it didnt we realised this did absolutely nothing. 4 months after using it we could still see allergens in the air when the lighting was just right
