Trying not to eat the whole loaf right now.
Just made it this morning and had a few slices with butter. I'm on a ketogenic diet and eating less than 20g carbs daily, and having been living on bacon and eggs for the past few months, and wanted to start branching out into new things. This bread is actually really tasty - the kind of bread I would have liked even if I were eating carbs. I can see however that it's not for everyone. It's quite a dense, chewy bread with big seeds and very filling - if you're looking for something light and fluffy, this isn't for you. Incredibly easy to make, though it does take a while to bake (80 mins). For the people who said it came out dry or hard, I think you must be doing something wrong... I followed the instructions, which are as simple as "add water, put in tray and bake" and it came out perfect. The tray is included, incidentally, which is a really nice touch. I would definitely buy this product again, and to be honest it isn't going to last long enough for me to have any complaints about shelf life. It's worth noting that this makes a small soda style loaf which slices into little rectangles - but then I'm dieting so I'm not trying to eat great mountains of bread. I'd also ignore the "per slice" nutrition and go by the "per 100g" which equates to around a quarter of the loaf, which you'll easily eat in one sitting. Still, that's pretty good, less than 4g net carbs and under 160 calories (you know, before you pile on the butter).I've reviewed it on the quality of the bread so it's 5 stars for me. My only reservation outside of that is the value for money point - seven quid for a small loaf of bread is a bit excessive.

Pricey but tasty!
Love this bread being on a paleo diet. Easy to make and tasty too.Great delivery. Downside it’s just a bit too pricey given the size of bread it makes.

Mighty nice but MIGHTY Small!
This bread is very easy to make. Put it in a bowl 🥣, add water 💧, mix and leave to stand, put it on a baking tray and then in the oven. An hour or so later you have your tiny, weeny, little loaf 😆. The steak knife is for size comparison. It is absolutely beautiful to eat, heavy and solid rather than soft and doughy like ordinary bread but it's very tasty 😋 and filling, to have a slice on a keto diet you're talking about a quarter of an inch thick but to be honest that's quite filling and you can get a fair few 40g slices, not like ordinary bread as I said but if you're on a keto diet and have a very low net carb allowance you can't even sniff ordinary bread lol 😆. It's very expensive really so a complete luxury for me. Sadly the price stops me buying it again. I'm having a go at making some from scratch next 😆 😆

Really don’t like this.
Maybe I didn’t follow the very simple instructions that well it didn’t rise. to begin with it seemed nice, after few slices it made me feel sick to the core. Most people seem to like it so maybe it’s just me. Ps. Far too expensive for what it is!

Better for rolls than as a loaf
As this does not include any yeast it does not rise like typical bread and instead forms a solid lump in whatever shape you have chosen, I can see this working fine for small rolls, but larger forms like an actual loaf will just give you a very stodgy house brick.

Incredible! Perfect! Wow!
This bread is delicious and satisfying, whilst being ultra low carb and gluten free - what’s not to like?!! Also, unlike a lot of gluten free bread, this one has only natural ingredients. Main ingredients alongside the seeds are resistant starches. Resistant starches are zero carb and are very good for gut health – so it’s a win-win. This bread is expensive, but it’s worth the money. No problem baking it at the first attempt - photo attached. It did not come with a tray - which others have mentioned - but I just put it on parchment paper on a baking tray - no problem at all. I have a suspicion that it’s going to change my life. Five stars.

Suirin fibre bread mix
This product was not nice. Wasn't like a bread. It didn't rise. Very nutty. Very disappointed

A winner for me
Being on a very low carb keto diet I have missed bread more than anything then I found this. In some ways it is similar to Vogel bread but a bit saltier and slightly more spongey in texture. More importantly I can have toast and sandwiches again. It's very filling so the small loaf goes a long way. The mix comes with it's own baking tin so no need to wash up either :) It's not like normal bread. You add water, mix, wait three minutes then pop it in the oven. Really simple. The only downside it tasted a bit salty for me (I put peanut butter on it so that was masked) and the price is horrendous. Even so I can see me getting a loaf a week just so I can have a more conventional breakfast.
