Perfect fit
Seems to be better quality than the OEM part I replaced with this one and they addressed the packaging issue regarding the gasket that was mentioned in other reviews

Worked well. 2 minor issues
Just installed in 4.0 '99 TJ and it fits great. The included gasket was slightly damaged on the corner (but no real pressure near issue). The holes on top in the gasket on either side of the center were just slightly off but you could eventually work the bolt in gently (and slightly enlarging the hole by doing that). All the ports lined up well. Exhaust gasket worked well. All and all it was fast and (with prime) cheaper than rock auto. I had previously bought some chevy parts under the a-premium brand so I was fairly confident and it turned out well.

Fits great
Fits like it should on 97 Cherokee. Easy to install. Not modifications needed. It comes with everything you need to bolt right up to the block.
