Be gone, trench lines!
A few years ago when I turned 30, I became self conscious of the lines and wrinkles that were seeming to scar my forehead and eyes. I didn't want to do botox but wanted something that could help my skin feel healthier and hopefully mitigate the lines. I tried many products that didn't seem to iron out any wrinkles. That's when one of my friends who has been doing skin regimen since she was like, 16, told me one of her secrets, which included this product. I pulled the plug and bought this serum because her skin looks like a baby's cheek. And after 2 months of using it, my wrinkles were just a faint ghost of the past. Sure, I still have some wrinkles (you can't cure aging), but this product has helped my skin hydrate and has abated the trench lines in my face. I have been using it for 3 years now. People think I look like I'm in my mid twenties, with the wisdom of a 34 year old. Perfect.

Clean Power Ingredients
I've been a big fan of BIOEFFECT's EGF line using the day and power creams. This serum is the next investment in my every day skin routine as I head into my mid to late 30s. I haven't been using it for too long but already love it - it's super lightweight and really sinks into the skin. I make sure to use less is more to targeted areas like around my eyes and mouth where discoloration/lines tend to settle. I'm starting with nighttime but when I have time in the mornings, will weave it into my daytime skin prep before makeup too. All in all, I really appreciate the clean ingredients and the transparency in the actual benefits of what's in this mighty bottle. Oftentimes, skincare is all hype where half the ingredients don't actually do anything or it's all a brand name, so kudos to BIOEFFECT for putting working ingredients first!

Sublime!
I have been using the Power Cream for quite a while now which was nice and thick for Winter, I just added the Power Serum at night to my routine and I can tell a difference in my sunspots that I watch like a hawk...I have used the EGF for years and love the amped up version of that for night time- This will be a staple in my routine now, highly recommend!!!

Loving Bioeffect
I skipped the entry level EGF serum and went right for the power level EGF power serum. I'm in my 30's, and I have certain areas of my face that I really want more targeted help than other areas. Some days I'll use 2 drops or so on my whole face, other days I'll just use 1 drop on targeted areas, depends on how I feel about skipping other skincare steps/products and my needs, as I still do suffer from acne and clogged pores. So far I see a slight softening/disappear of some lines and texture, it feels a bit soon to say it's solidly from this EGF power serum. I do like it and how little is needed. I started using this serum for a week/two straight, and now stagger it's usage. It's a luxe potent product, and I do really enjoy many other products in the Bioeffect line, with or without EGF. There's still so much to learn about using EGF products correctly, and the Bioeffect site has so much info on how to properly use this product. Less is more. I wish the box had more detailed info included or a pamphlet, I'm sure many of us are layering this on incorrectly with other products, like tretinoin or creams, myself included at first. "“We recommend, that you thoroughly rinse your face off any residue and other products, toners included, with water, before applying EGF. If you would like to use other cosmetics on top, wait around 10 minutes before proceeding with them. This will give the skin time to respond to the EGF and it won't affect the rejuvenation process much. Note, that this skin rejuvenation process works best when skin is resting and we therefore advise, to use EGF serum at nighttime and without anything on top"

Nice serum overall, time will tell
I would give this 4.5 stars. Overall it's a fine Sarah and it has some powerhouse ingredients that have really promising research about reducing fine lines although I am still in the retinol is King camp for wrinkle reduction. But of course, it's never just one thing that works so I'm always trying different products to boost anti-aging. This serum contains EGF from barley as the primary active ingredient. I find there before and after photos quite compelling because they explicitly mentioned that there is no retouching which is one of my biggest pet peeves. With all skincare there are no overnight miracles so oftentimes we are left relying on research and lab results, oftentimes from the company itself so it can be difficult to figure out who you can trust. There is a huge proliferation of products that show photoshopped or AI before and after photos. The results on their model is shocking and stark and I can only hope that I get similar results over time. The texture of the serum is not my favorite, it does feel a little sticky and takes time to sink in for me personally. I do wear a toner under this, I may try to mix and match some different products to see if they play better together but this serum does end up sitting on top of my skin for a while, I put moisturizer on top of it anyway and by the time I wake up it does feel like everything sink in and my face isn't sticky anymore but I would definitely only use this in the evening. So far I have not experienced any irritation, breakouts, or rashes from using this product. I generally don't have very sensitive skin.
