So I bought this on whim after reading up on some symptoms. I don't always completely shut off when I sleep, which means I wake up feeling like I haven't slept at all. My stool movement was also about twice a week and I thought this was normal until it came up in conversation (don't ask how haha). I figured it wouldn't hurt to give this ago. I'm definitely more regular now and can rest a lot better as well. Will definitely recommend taking it earlier in the day and not before bed. Be consistent with it as well and give it time. Definitely getting it again!

Scam alert! I tested this product in my private lab and was shocked to find literally ZERO magnesium present! When you taste the powder it also confirms this as it’s a fairly neutral taste whereas magnesium has a very strong and unpleasant taste.
